A collaboration with local roaster, The Brew Project, this beer was conditioned on a bed of cracked coffee beans from Ethiopia and Colombia. The Colombian is a more chocolaty, almost malty with low acidity. The Ethiopian adds sweetness and complexity. All balancing out this this smooth mellow stout.
