Human Interface is a well hopped Helles Bock. This German lager is often brewed to usher in spring and the joy felt in coming together face to face after a long dark winter. This bigger version of a Heller has softer bitterness than a pilsner with bigger hop punch. Floral and bready and a first for Donzoko and us. We recommend drinking in abundance with crisps and good company. Go on get your Stein out!
