Stupid Sexy Suffolk IV - Wild Sour Red - 5.4% - 375ml

This fourth blend contains four different barrels with the oldest dating from November 2018 & the newest brewed September 2020. The older barrel brings more wood character to the blend, along with a touch of welcomed acetic while the newer barrels add a cleaner, crisp acidity. They combine to create a balanced sour red ale with light balsamic & cherry fruit undertones. A delight to pair with punchy cheeses & charcuterie.

*Please note* This is a sour beer fermented using a wild yeast and aged in barrel for a more complex flavour profile. These styles are best served and savoured in a long stemmed glass such as a wine glass*
